RENTAL POLICIES

Reservation Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your reservation at least 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival without penalty. If you must cancel your reservation within 6 days of your scheduled arrival date, a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the first night’s room and tax will be charged to your account. If Bluejack is able to rebook your lodging unit for the same dates as your cancelled stay, the cancellation fee will be refunded. No shows will be charged 100% of the entire reservation’s room and tax.

Late Check-out Fee

Standard check-out is at 11:00AM. A late check-out fee of $150 applies if a late check-out can be accommodated. Please contact Member Experiences if a late check-out is needed. 

Pet Policy

Because some guests suffer from pet allergies, pets are not allowed in any of the lodging units. Please contact Member Experiences for pet friendly units. Any damages caused by your four-legged family will be added to your account. Service dogs are welcome in pet restricted areas upon the owner providing the dog’s service card or the pet should be wearing a visible service animal vest. If you would like to check availability for a pet-friendly accommodation, please contact Member Experiences.

Golf Cart Policy

Private golf carts are not included in your lodging rental. If you would like to book a golf cart during your stay, please contact the Member Experiences team at: [email protected].
